Filing a Takedown Notice
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on javteen.cc of the material you want removed — enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Where to Send
Send notices to our designated agent at [email protected]. Valid notices are processed promptly, typically within 48–72 hours.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was a mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or remove links and terminate access for parties who are repeat infringers.
Note
Filing a false claim may expose you to liability for damages. If in doubt, consult a lawyer before submitting.
